Lemonade Cookies ala Family Fun

These cookies are like shortbread with a lemony flavor - a huge hit around here!  

Beat:  

    2 sticks butter

    ¾ c sugar

    ¾ c instant dry lemonade mix

    1 egg

    1 t vanilla extract

    ½ t lemon extract

Mix together, then add:

    2¾ c flour

    1 t baking soda

Roll into 1" balls, roll in a bowl with ½ c lemonade mix to coat.

Bake 2 " apart at 350° for 10 minutes.
